Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to manage all Service Requests (SRs) related to Advanced Window Inc. (AWI) and Window Installation Specialists (WIS), including the preparation, pricing, and coordination of all SR quotations between Quest USA and AWI/WIS. In addition, this individual will oversee projects from the time material procurement begins through to the final shipment leaving the facility. The position will be based in Garland, Texas, and will play a key role in coordinating and monitoring all project activities to ensure schedules, budgets, and client expectations are met throughout the project lifecycle.
Primary Responsibilities
- Manage all AWI/WIS-related Service Requests (SRs)
- Price and prepare all SR quotations between Quest USA and AWI/WIS
- Coordinate material procurement and monitor lead times
- Track project progress from procurement through fabrication and shipment
- Liaise with internal departments, suppliers, and clients to ensure seamless execution
- Monitor project schedules and proactively address potential delays
- Maintain accurate project documentation, reporting, and cost tracking
- Support operational efficiency and continuous improvement initiatives
- This role is critical to supporting the continued growth of our U.S. operations and ensuring the successful execution of all AWI/WIS projects
Qualifications and Skills
- A degree or diploma in Business Administration, Construction Management, Engineering, Project Management, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of five years of experience in project coordination, project management, customer service, or operations within a manufacturing or construction-related environment preferred.
- Computer knowledge of MS software (Word, Excel, Outlook), CAD software would be an asset.
- Knowledge of construction practices and procedures.
- Architectural knowledge including ability to understand blueprints and perform take-offs.
- Ability to work in a deadline driven environment.
- Result orientated, Delegation, Problem Solving, Planning, Process Management.
- Ability to maintain speed and accuracy against established targets.
- Computer literacy, working knowledge of MS Office applications.
- Demonstrated leadership and communication skills a must.
- Proficiency in written and spoken English.
- Must be flexible in hours to overlap shifts or be available for alternate shift.
Pay: $75,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
