We are looking for experienced baristas or industry veterans who thrive in a fast paced, self motivated environment. We are a small family owned business and are seeking responsible, reliable employees to strengthen and expand our incredibly dedicated team. Weekends required.
Tips are given out per shift and taken home with employees day of. Cash tips average 35-70 dollars a shift.
Some job duties include:
- Operate and balance a Square cash drawer.
- Welcome customers by determining their coffee interests and needs.
- Educate customers by presenting and explaining the coffee drink menu, answering any questions they may have.
- Prepare and sell drinks by following prescribed recipes and preparation techniques.
- Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by following sanitation regulations and by operating the equipment in a safe and methodical manner.
