Helper – Commercial Door (DFW / Irving)
We’re hiring Crew Technician Trainees to join our team in Springdale.

You'll develop from a Technician Trainee to a PM Technician, Field Technician, Master Tech, etc. It all starts here.
What we need:
- Show up on time every day (7:00 AM at the shop)
- Great attitude – this is everything
- Physically fit and able to handle hard work
- Reliable and ready to learn
Experience:
- Construction experience is a plus, but not required
What you’ll do:
- Assist technicians on job sites
- Load/unload materials
- Help with installs and service work
- Learn the trade
