Overview
We are looking for a high-performing sales professional who doesn’t just follow a sales process - but actively improves it.
This role is for someone who can:
- Consistently close new clients
- Refine and elevate our sales scripts, messaging, and process
- Handle objections at a high level
- Help raise the performance of the entire sales team through example and execution
- Show up on time, in-office
This is not a management role (yet) - you will be expected to carry a quota and produce results, while also contributing to the evolution of our sales system.

What You’ll Own
- Close new clients through inbound and outbound opportunities
- Run discovery calls and present solutions confidently
- Handle objections and guide prospects to decisions
- Follow up with precision and persistence to move deals forward
- Maintain a strong, organized pipeline inside CRM (GHL)

Key Responsibilities
- Own and execute the full sales cycle from lead to close
- Develop and refine high-converting sales scripts
- Actively test and improve objection-handling approaches
- Identify patterns in lost deals and propose improvements
- Generate new opportunities through outbound efforts (cold calling, referrals, networking)
- Build trust quickly with prospects and position our services effectively
- Accurately track activity, pipeline, and conversion metrics in CRM
- Collaborate with onboarding to ensure smooth client transitions
Who You Are

- Comfortable taking ownership of results and being accountable to numbers

- Strong at handling objections and controlling the sales conversation
- Able to simplify complex concepts into clear, compelling value

- Comfortable in a fast-paced, evolving environment
Experience
- 3+ years in B2B sales (service-based sales preferred)
- Demonstrated track record of consistently hitting or exceeding quota
- Experience improving or contributing to sales processes or scripts is a strong plus
- Strong experience with discovery calls, objection handling, and closing
- Familiarity with CRM systems (GHL experience is a plus)

Pay: $36,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
