Duties
- Greet visitors and clients warmly, ensuring a positive first impression
- Manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls efficiently and professionally
- Schedule appointments, coordinate calendars, and handle calendar management tasks
- Maintain organized filing systems, both digital and physical, ensuring easy retrieval of documents
- Assist with office management duties including supply inventory, mail handling, and general clerical support
- Provide customer service by addressing inquiries promptly and courteously
- Handle phone etiquette with professionalism, ensuring clear communication at all times
Experience
- Prior office experience in a reception or administrative role is preferred
- Demonstrated proficiency with computer literacy tools such as Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and productivity software
- Experience with multi-line phone systems and front desk operations is highly preferred
- Knowledge of clerical tasks including filing, data entry, proofreading, and calendar management is essential
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and manage time efficiently
