THE OFFER YOU'LL BE SELLING
Lionchase, through Funds in Motion, creates and operates capital markets events that bring together
investors, deal sponsors, and service providers in a curated, high-value environment. Event sponsorships
start at $25,000 and scale upward as event scope expands. The value proposition is access — the right
room, the right people, and the opportunity to put capital to work or get capital raised.
In addition to sponsorship sales, closers have the opportunity to earn commission on investment placements
into Lionchase portfolio companies — a second revenue stream that becomes available as trust and product
knowledge develop.
COMPENSATION
- Commission: 15% of closed revenue per deal
- Draw: $3,000/month for the first two months to bridge the ramp-up period
- Target: $125,000 in closed revenue per week at full productivity
- Additional commission available on investment placement opportunities
- Lionchase will cover licensing costs if the closer pursues financial licensing to expand into fund capital
raising
GROWTH & DEVELOPMENT
- Top performers will have the opportunity to close deals across multiple Lionchase PE portfolio companies
— expanding the scope and earning potential of the role significantly
- Lionchase will invest in financial licensing for the right candidate, enabling them to raise capital for funds
directly — a major expansion of both responsibility and income
- The founder is actively looking for someone who wants to learn the PE side of the business and grow into
a multi-dimensional role within the organization
- This is a ground-floor opportunity with a company that is actively scaling — the closer who comes in now
will have a meaningful role in shaping the sales function as the team grows
