- Gives input to directors for casting the show.
? Creates dance routines.
? Collaborates with the director to ensure the dances align with the artistic vision.
? Teaches and demonstrates dance routines.
? Creates and posts approved sample videos of the dances for students to practice with
? Assigns the dance captains.
? Manages and trains the dance captains.
