Are you a skilled installer who’s tired of the "weekend-warrior" grind? We are looking for an experienced Lead Window & Door Installer to join our team. This role is the perfect "move up" for a talented installer who knows the trade and is ready to run their own crew and oversee high-quality projects.
We value your time and your expertise, which is why we offer a compressed 4-day work week, giving you three full days off to recharge.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a small crew in the removal and installation of residential windows and doors (vinyl, wood, composite, etc.).
- Ensure all installations meet company standards for weatherproofing, aesthetics, and functionality.
- Communicate professionally with homeowners to explain the process and ensure satisfaction.
- Manage job site safety and maintain a clean, organized work environment.
- Troubleshoot on-site challenges and provide hands-on training to junior installers.
What You Bring to the Table:
- Experience: At least 2 years of window and door installation experience.
- Leadership Potential: You’re organized, reliable, and ready to mentor others.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with trim work, multiple installation methods, and various framing types.
- Reliability: A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
- Physical Ability: Comfortable lifting heavy units and working on ladders.
