Role Overview
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Porter/Maintenance Worker to support the daily upkeep, cleanliness, and curb appeal of our properties. This role will perform routine groundskeeping, pool cleaning, exterior maintenance, and light repairs while helping ensure the community remains safe, clean, and welcoming for residents and guests.
Key Responsibilities
- Pool scrubbing and cleaning to maintain health and safety standards.
- Groundwork and landscaping, including lawn care and plant maintenance.
- General upkeep and curb appeal tasks such as sweeping, trash removal, and exterior tidiness.
- Light painting and touch‑up work as needed.
- Assist with other maintenance or cleaning duties where required.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to perform physical tasks outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Basic knowledge of cleaning and maintenance practices.
- Strong attention to detail and reliability.
- Prior experience in property maintenance preferred but not required.
