Our Valuations team is looking for a proactive, relationship‑driven Account Manager who thrives in a client‑facing environment and enjoys being at the center of communication, coordination, and problem‑solving. In this role, you’ll serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring their needs are met, their expectations are exceeded, and their business continues to grow with us.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day relationships as the primary account manager for valuation clients
- Handle high-volume client communication and maintain shared inboxes
- Support client onboarding, demos, and ongoing account meetings
- Maintain client setups, valuation products, and documentation (SOPs)
- Monitor account performance (turn times, service levels, quality, volume)
- Resolve escalations related to appraisals, valuations, and service delivery
- Collaborate with Sales and Operations to improve client outcomes and efficiency
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of experience in: Mortgage industry, specifically valuation management
- Experience managing client accounts or customer relationships
- Strong understanding of mortgage valuations, appraisals, and collateral risk processes
- Excellent communication, attention to detail, and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
