Maple Seed Farms is seeking dedicated and driven team members for the position of Skill Building Technician (SBT). SBTs work up to 40 hours per week usually during daytime and early evening hours, Monday through Friday (typical business hours are Monday through Friday from 8a to 5p) with only one Friday night (530p to 830p) or Saturday (1030a to 130p) per month.

Maple Seed Farms offers services to empower individuals to live and work in their communities through providing learning opportunities in the Farmhouse and Skill Center located on our 6-acre site on Dupont Road, in the community, and in the family home.
As a Skill Building Technician, your duties will include:
● providing one on one and/or group support to individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities
● teaching functional daily living skills including: communication, self-care, and social skills
● completing documentation for all shifts and completing goal tracking
● communicating with team members and parents/guardians while preserving confidentiality
● bringing creativity and positivity to each session
Requirements:
● high school diploma or GED equivalent
● must be at least 18 years of age
● valid driver’s license and car insurance
