Brand & Demand Marketing Manager - CPG

We're looking for a marketing visionary who can translate our passion into a brand story that resonates and a strategy that drives growth.
The Role:
We are seeking a strategic and hands-on marketing leader to own our brand voice and demand generation efforts. This role is a hybrid—equal parts creative storyteller and data-driven growth hacker. You will be responsible for building brand love while also executing campaigns that directly drive sales velocity and ROI.
Key Responsibilities:
- Brand Strategy & Storytelling: Develop and maintain our brand voice across all channels. Create compelling content that tells our story and connects with our core audience.
- Performance Marketing: Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across Meta, Google, and Amazon Ads to drive e-commerce sales and support retail sell-through. Manage budgets and meticulously track ROI and CAC.
- Trade Marketing: Create the materials that help our sales team win—including sell sheets, pitch decks, and sample kits—for distributors, brokers, and retail buyers.
- Analytics & Reporting: Analyze sales data, website analytics, and campaign performance to derive insights and inform future marketing strategy. Report on key metrics to leadership.
- Partnerships: Manage relationships with influencers, PR agencies, and creative partners to extend our brand reach.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- 3-5 years of marketing experience, with at least 2 years in the food, beverage, or CPG industry.
- A portfolio demonstrating success in both brand-building campaigns and performance-driven digital marketing.
- Hands-on experience managing Meta Business Manager and Google Ads accounts with a focus on driving conversions for a physical product.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics and other analytics tools.
- Excellent copywriting and visual storytelling skills.
- Understanding of the retail landscape and what motivates buyers and distributors.
- Ability to be both strategic and executional—a thinker and a doer.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with trade show marketing.
- Experience managing a content calendar and social media channels.
- Basic design skills (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) are a major plus.
