Position Summary
The Warehouse Supervisor / Manager will take direct ownership of our daily warehouse ecosystem. This role requires an organized professional who can keep operations running smoothly, manage the physical space, execute raw material fulfillment to the facility, and maintain pristine organization from receipt to internal distribution.
Core Responsibilities
- Raw Material Fulfillment: Execute the daily pick, pack, and stage workflows to ensure 100% accuracy in supplying raw materials to internal facility processing teams.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate forklifts and pallet jacks to load, unload, stack, and stage incoming raw materials and internal supply movements.
- Inventory Control: Manage the physical layout of the warehouse, maintaining meticulous records of product movement and optimizing storage space.
- Inbound Logistics: Receive incoming freight, verify packing slips against delivery contents, inspect for damage, and log raw materials into the system.
- Facility Maintenance: Ensure the warehouse remains clean, organized, safe, and fully compliant with facility storage protocols.
Qualifications and Skills
- Experience: 3 to 5 years of proven warehouse experience, with a heavy emphasis on raw material logistics or internal fulfillment center operations.
- Equipment Proficiency: Demonstrated hands-on experience safely operating forklifts and deep familiarity with manual/electric pallet jacks.
- Physical Stamina: Must be able to consistently lift, push, and pull items weighing more than 50 pounds throughout an 8-hour shift.
- Time Management: Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage daily tasks and hit internal production supply deadlines efficiently.
- Tech Literacy: Basic proficiency with inventory tracking software, barcodes, or digital warehouse management systems (WMS).
