About the Role
The Village of Four Seasons is seeking a Seasonal Snack Bar Manager to oversee daily operations of our community snack bar from the end of June through Labor Day. This role supervises staff, maintains food safety standards, manages inventory, and ensures a positive, family‑friendly experience for residents and guests.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily snack bar operations, including opening and closing
- Train, schedule, and supervise seasonal staff
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming service area
- Ensure compliance with all food safety and health department regulations
- Oversee inventory, place orders, and track stock levels
- Handle cash management and daily register reconciliation
- Monitor service flow and adjust staffing as needed
- Support special events and theme days as assigned
- Communicate effectively with management and staff
Qualifications
- Previous food service or hospitality experience preferred
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment
- Basic knowledge of food safety practices
- Reliable, organized, and customer‑focused
- Must be able to work weekends and holidays
Schedule & Compensation
- Seasonal position: End of June through Labor Day
- Part‑time schedule; hours vary based on weather and pool operations
- Weekend and holiday availability required
- Pay based on experience
