Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook meals according to menu specifications and dietary requirements
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to all food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Assist with meal scheduling, ordering, and inventory management
- Collaborate with the dietary team to plan and execute special events and themed meals
- Develop and implement new menu ideas and culinary techniques to enhance dining experiences
- Ensure that all food is served hot, fresh, and appealing to the eye
- Maintain accurate records of meal production, inventory, and waste
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 0 years of experience in food service or related field (entry-level candidates encouraged to apply)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
