Position Overview
We are seeking a polished, professional, and personable Front Desk Concierge to become the face of our guest experience. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in hospitality, enjoys client interaction, understands luxury service culture, and can confidently assist with bookings, memberships, retail recommendations, and service upgrades.
The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and able to create a welcoming atmosphere while helping support the growth of the business through exceptional customer service and upselling.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and check in guests with professionalism and warmth
- Manage appointments, scheduling, and daily service coordination
- Educate clients on services, memberships, packages, and add-on upgrades
- Confidently recommend retail products and upsell services when appropriate
- Maintain a clean, polished, luxury front desk and lounge environment
- Prepare and maintain beverage/snack station for guests
- Answer calls, texts, DMs, and booking inquiries professionally
- Process payments accurately through booking/POS systems
- Assist with client retention by encouraging rebooking and future appointments
- Support daily operations including opening and closing procedures
- Help maintain a high-end guest experience at all times
Ideal Candidate
- Previous salon, spa, hospitality, concierge, or luxury customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable with sales, upselling, and client recommendations
- Professional appearance and well-groomed presentation required
- Reliable, organized, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude with strong attention to detail
- Familiarity with booking/POS systems is a plus
- Social media/customer engagement experience is a bonus
