Requirements:
WHAT YOU'LL DO
-
Diagnose and repair residential HVAC systems, including heat pumps, gas furnaces, air handlers, and condensers

Perform maintenance, tune-ups, and seasonal service visits

Present repair options and replacement solutions clearly to homeowners — consultative, not high-pressure

Deliver a 5-star service experience that turns first-time customers into loyal ones

Maintain accurate service records and documentation

Manage your own schedule and van inventory with professionalism
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

2+ years of hands-on residential HVAC service experience

EPA 608 Universal Certification
-
Solid diagnostic ability across a wide range of equipment and failure modes

Comfortable with a performance-based pay structure and motivated to earn

Valid driver's license and insurable driving record

Strong communication skills — you'll be the face of McWilliams in every home
