About the Role
We are looking for a dedicated HVAC Installation Specialist to join our field operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for the precise installation of residential climate control systems, ensuring that every project meets high-performance standards and provides long-term comfort for our clients.
Responsibilities-
Execute the installation of residential HVAC systems, including furnaces, air handlers, condensers, hydronic systems, and mini-splits.

Perform expert-level installation of copper line sets, gas piping, electrical wiring, venting, and condensate drainage systems.

Diagnose and resolve installation-related technical challenges to ensure seamless system operation.

Provide clear, professional guidance to homeowners regarding their new equipment, system features, and maintenance needs.

Maintain a high standard of job site cleanliness and strictly adhere to all safety and operational protocols.

Collaborate effectively with installation assistants to ensure projects are completed efficiently and to company specifications.

Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in HVAC installation.

Current EPA Certification.

High School Diploma or GED equivalent.

Proven ability to manage time effectively and maintain an organized workflow.
