Allegiance Project Security is seeking highly trained, mission-driven Armed Security Officers
to deliver exceptional protection services to schools, churches, and private clients across Texas.
Led by former U.S. Secret Service agents and Special Operations combat veterans, we set the
standard for professional, disciplined security that exceeds DPS requirements.
Your Impact:
● Provide armed deterrence and rapid response to safeguard students, staff, and
congregations.
● Threat mitigation, access control, and de-escalation with precision.
● Execute assigned security protocols to maintain safe environments.

Advanced Training Opportunities:
● Specialized training delivered by Special Operations combat veterans and former U.S.
Secret Service personnel.
● Firearms proficiency, active shooter response, TCCC/medical, de-escalation, realistic
scenario-based exercises.

Requirements:
● Valid Texas Level III or IV Private Security License (DPS) or ability to obtain immediately.
● Clean criminal background and professional references.
● Military, law enforcement, or advanced security experience strongly preferred, with entry
level positions available.
● Commitment to excellence, integrity, and calm under pressure.

Compensation: Competitive pay (based on experience; DOE)
