Senior Director of Influencer & Affiliate Growth

Position Overview
MyFitFoods is seeking a hands-on, growth-minded leader to own and scale our Influencer & Affiliate Program across all markets and channels.
This role is responsible for the full lifecycle of the program strategy, recruiting, relationship management, systems, performance tracking, campaign execution, and revenue growth. This is not a passive management role. We are looking for someone experienced in building and scaling creator ecosystems who is ready to execute.
The ideal candidate understands how to combine creator partnerships, affiliate marketing, brand storytelling, and performance marketing into a scalable growth engine.
What You’ll Own
- Lead and scale MyFitFoods’ influencer and affiliate program across Houston, Denver, and Portland
- Recruit, onboard, and manage creators, affiliates, ambassadors, athletes, and partners
- Design creator ecosystem structure, including tiers, incentives, and performance models
- Build scalable systems for tracking, attribution, communication, and reporting
- Optimize commission structures and performance incentives tied to revenue outcomes
- Identify and activate high-performing creators aligned with brand and growth strategy
- Drive creator-led customer acquisition and revenue growth
- Own KPIs including revenue, conversion, CAC efficiency, and ROI
- Partner with marketing, content, retail, operations, and leadership on growth strategy
- Shape campaign direction and content strategy
- Travel periodically for markets, events, and activations
- Hire and lead one direct report within the influencer function
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years in influencer marketing, affiliate marketing, creator partnerships, or growth/performance marketing
- Proven experience building or scaling influencer/affiliate programs into revenue channels
- Experience in DTC or high-growth consumer brands where creators drive acquisition
- Strong understanding of creator economics, attribution, CAC, and performance metrics
- Experience managing multi-tier creator ecosystems
- Ability to build systems, processes, and scalable infrastructure
- Strong analytical capability with comfort using performance data
- Experience operating in fast-paced, high-growth environments
- Experience with influencer/affiliate platforms and tracking tools

Pay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
