- We provide a few leads; you provide the others through being proactive and a lead generator. You need other income until commissions start rolling in.
- 13% commission on every check you bring in. We get the check, we pay you.
- No base salary. No draw. No ceiling. No excuses. 1099 contract position.
If you can close, you'll make money. If you can't, this isn't the right fit.

Qualifications
- Proven outside sales track record with a focus on closing deals and achieving targets
- Strong negotiation, prospecting, and customer relationship-building skills
- Experience in a remote/sales-driven environment and proficiency with CRM systems
- Ability to manage pipeline, generate leads, and perform B2B sales; comfortable with cold calling and generating new business through making contacts inside and outside of the industry
- Excellent communication, customer service, and deal-closing capabilities; familiar with sales management tools
Responsibilities
- Identify and qualify roofing leads through proactive prospecting and cold calling and door knocking in the OKC/Edmond area.
- Present compelling roofing solutions, conduct needs assessments, and build trust to close sales opportunities.
- Develop and manage follow-ups, proposals, and contracts to move prospects to signed projects.
- Maintain accurate CRM records, track targets and pipelines, and report progress
- Collaborate with marketing and production to ensure smooth handoffs and customer satisfaction.
Pay: $100,000.00 - $306,000.00 per year
