Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented New Business Life Processor to join our dynamic team. In this vital role, you will handle the processing of new life insurance applications and related documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance throughout each step. Your organizational skills and technical proficiency will support our commitment to delivering exceptional service to our clients and advisors.
Duties
- Review and process new life insurance applications, verifying all necessary information is complete and accurate
- Enter data into databases and ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems efficiently and precisely
- Manage data entry tasks including typing, transcription, and updating client records with speed and accuracy
- Maintain organized filing systems for all application documents, both electronically and physically
- Collect, analyze, and compile data related to new business submissions using tools like pivot tables in Microsoft Excel
- Support order entry processes by accurately inputting client information into relevant systems
- Assist with clerical tasks such as data collection, filing, and routine administrative duties to ensure smooth workflow
Qualifications
- Proven experience with databases, ERP systems, and office software such as Microsoft Excel
- Strong computer skills with excellent data entry speed and accuracy
- Familiarity with data collection, filing, and organizational procedures in an office environment
- Basic math skills for verifying figures and calculations on applications
- Previous clerical or administrative experience preferred, especially in insurance or financial services settings
- Ability to type quickly while maintaining precision; experience with transcription is a plus
- Demonstrated organizational skills with attention to detail in managing multiple tasks simultaneously
