Job Overview
Job Title: RN or Registered Nurse
Location: Sells, AZ 85634
Shift: 12 Hour Night Shift
Contract Duration: 13 weeks (with possible extension)
Pay Range: $60/hr to $63/hr
RN (Registered Nurse) Responsibilities
- Assess patients' physical and mental health conditions.
- Perform comprehensive nursing assessments.
- Monitor and record vital signs.
- Administer medications, IV fluids, blood products, and injections.
- Start, monitor, and discontinue IV lines.
- Perform wound care and dressing changes.
- Collect blood, urine, and other laboratory specimens.
- Interpret patient assessments and report changes to physicians.
- Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans.
- Monitor patients before, during, and after procedures or surgery.
- Operate and monitor medical equipment.
- Respond to emergencies and provide CPR or advanced life support when needed.
- Educate patients and families about medications, treatments, disease management, and discharge instructions.
