Trinity Learning Center is seeking a warm, attentive, and reliable 1's and 3's Teacher to join our early childhood team in Boise, Idaho. This role is specifically focused on and requires a deep understanding of care, safety, and developmental milestones for a 1-3 year old age groups.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide a safe, clean, and nurturing environment for children in your care.
- Build strong, responsive, and loving relationships with children to support secure attachment.
- Develop and implement age-appropriate activities that support cognitive, physical, emotional, and social development.
- Maintain daily communication with parents regarding feedings, diapering, sleep schedules, and developmental updates.
- Monitor each child’s development and document observations using assessment tools.
- Follow all state licensing regulations and center policies regarding childcare.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of classroom, including sanitizing toys and equipment.
- Collaborate with teammates and leadership to ensure a high-quality program experience.
