Dishwasher
Primary objective for dishwasher/dishwashers is to maintain a clean and sanitary environment in preparation for kitchen/commissary operations as well as maintain clean and sanitary environment for restaurant patrons.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
- Remove industrial garbage containers and industrial recyclable containers from BOH location every morning to outside pick up location.
- Clean and sanitize restrooms on a daily basis and maintain cleaning log.
- Clean and sanitize all FOH and BOH floors with specific cleaning materials on a daily basis.
- Every Friday clean grills, grill filters, and grill hoods in kitchen.
- Every Friday clean hot-fryer station by draining any unused oil and cleaning and sanitizing hot-fryer station.
- Every Friday clean wall tiles.
- Remove and dispose of corrugated boxes every Tuesday and Thursday received from product deliveries.
- Sweep, mop, and clean refrigerated walk ins on a daily basis.
- For Commissary location, mop bakery floors every morning as well as wipe and clean bakery prep tables.
- Clean glass main entrance doors every Monday and Wednesday.
- For Commissary location, sweep and mop sidewalk area immediately outside South Entrance
- Follows environmental and safety regulations and acts in compliance with U.S. laws.
- Complies with safety and corporate guidelines.
- Perform additional duties as required.
