Job Summary
The role starts as Seasonal to Regular full-time. This Bilingual (Spanish) position is responsible for providing internal support and communication to the Availability, Batching, and Sales departments. The role requires working both in the office and in the yard performing physically demanding outdoor work, with time split between our Morgan Hill and Gilroy facilities.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Manage priorities in software system and provide support to team.
- Track and manage office documents and reports for the department.
- Communicate and coordinate the flow of information with regard to questions, changes or issues that arise in the department, and software.
- Manage phone calls, emails, and provide timely responses.
- Assist yard departments as needed
- Motivated to make others better

Requirements
- Excellent email and computer skills, Microsoft office, Word, Excel.
- Exceptional communication skills (verbal & written)
- Strong attention to detail to ensure accurate and efficient data entry
- Valid CA drivers license
- Clen driving record
