The Licensed Practical Nurse will provide general nursing care to residents by performing the following duties.
- Assist residents with ADL and other duties as needed
- Document nursing history and physical assessment for residents.
- Administer prescribed medications & treatments in accordance with approved nursing techniques.
- Maintain the comfort & safety needs of residents.
- Respond to life-saving situations.
- Communicate effectively with residents, staff, management, physicians, family members and vendors as needed.

Education:
Experience:
- Medication Administration: 1 year (Preferred)
- Nursing: 1 year (Preferred)
License/Certification:
- LVN (Preferred)
