Redneck Outdoor Products in Lamar, MO is looking for full-time manufacturing workers to join their team and help build high-quality fiberglass hunting blinds.
Responsibilities:
-
Rolling out chemical resin-covered fiberglass mats
-
Throwing chemical resin onto fiberglass mats
-
Gel coating molds
-
Foam spraying & painting inside blinds
-
Sanding fiberglass parts
-
Building and assembling parts of fiberglass blinds
-
Final assembly and detail work on each blind

Ability to work while standing, stooping, squatting, and bending

Ability to lift up to 60 lbs.

Must pass a drug test

Attention to detail to perform all tasks precisely and safely

Dependable and able to meet daily scheduling needs

Monday through Friday, 1st shift, 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.

Some Saturday work may be required, if scheduled

High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)

Driver’s license (strongly preferred)

Fiberglass experience and/or closed mold fiberglass experience a plus!
