About the Role
Our Interiors Project Manager is the operational heartbeat of our interior design team. While our designers focus on creating irresistible spaces, this role ensures every project stays organized, on schedule, financially healthy, and moving forward.
You'll oversee project timelines, coordinate contractors and installs, build efficient systems, track project benchmarks, and help the team stay aligned from start to finish. This role is equal parts organization, communication, and leadership.
What You'll Be Doing
- Managing project schedules and timelines
- Coordinating installs, contractors, and trade partners
- Creating and improving systems and workflows
- Tracking project budgets, billing, and profitability
- Maintaining project pipeline visibility and reporting
- Supporting the design team through proactive planning and follow-through
- Placing and managing product orders, ensuring accuracy and following purchases from order through delivery
- Serving as a client-facing point of contact throughout the project
- Helping create clarity, accountability, and consistency across every project
