We are a small general contractor who installs retaining walls and fencing along with various medium-size building project here in Winston Salem, NC.
This estimator / project manager position is for a self-starter who is highly organized and familiar with various construction projects estimating, ordering, and scheduling for local projects. This position requires good communication skills in order to collaborate with customer owners, project managers, and superintendents. The tools needed to process this work effectively are Microsoft, Word and Excel. This opportunity has very good potential for salary growth and upward mobility for the right person who will learn and grow in knowledge of these skills. Pay: $35,000.00 - $40,000.00 per year
