Duties
- Manage end-to-end talent acquisition processes, including sourcing candidates through ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) like Oracle HCM, SAP SuccessFactors, Ceridian, and Paychex; conducting interviews; and supporting onboarding activities such as employee orientation and training & development programs.
- Oversee employee evaluation procedures, performance management systems, and succession planning initiatives to promote continuous growth and organizational effectiveness.
- Administer benefits programs, including benefits administration, workers' compensation claims, FMLA (Family and Medical Leave Act) compliance, and payroll processing to ensure accurate data entry and regulatory adherence.
- Support HR legal compliance management by maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information, ensuring employment & labor law adherence, and managing affirmative action planning.
- Facilitate workforce management activities such as organization design, change management projects, HR sourcing strategies, and strategic planning to optimize human capital utilization.
- Handle employee relations issues with effective conflict management techniques while promoting positive communication skills across teams.
- Maintain HR systems like HRIS (Human Resources Information System), Kronos, Oracle HCM, SAP SuccessFactors, Ceridian, and Excel data analysis for accurate reporting and data collection.
Experience
- 10+ Years of proven experience in an HR department role with comprehensive knowledge of human resources management practices.
- Strong understanding of employment & labor law regulations along with HR legal compliance standards to ensure organizational adherence.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with excellent organizational skills in project management and administrative tasks.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for data analysis, reporting, and documentation purposes.
- Hands-on experience with HR systems such as HRIS platforms like Oracle HCM or SAP SuccessFactors; familiarity with ATS tools like Workday or Kronos is highly desirable.
- Effective communication skills with the ability to handle confidential information professionally while fostering positive employee relations.
- Knowledge of benefits administration processes including payroll processing through systems like Paychex or Ceridian is preferred.
