Project Managers shall plan and supervise a wide range of construction projects from start to finish. Project Managers will organize and oversee construction procedures and ensure they are completed in a timely and efficient manner.
Project Managers must be well-versed in all construction methodologies and procedures and able to coordinate a team of professionals of different disciplines to achieve the best results.
The goal will be to ensure all projects are delivered on time according to requirements and without exceeding budget.
Requirements and Responsibilities:
· Collaborate with engineers, architects, etc. to determine the specifications of the project.
· Confirm all permits, licenses and project Information have been received from appropriate authorities.
· Review project info provided by Operations including resources (manpower, equipment and materials) from start to finish with attention to budgetary limitations. Any additions or changes are to be brought to the ops managers attention.
· Work with Operations to establish an initial Master Project Schedule. Make adjustments as needed and coordinate all construction operations and schedule intermediate phases to ensure deadlines will be met.
· Acquire equipment and material and monitor stocks to timely handle inadequacies.
· Supervise the work of laborers, mechanics etc. and give them guidance when needed.
· Follow/Enforce all company’s field procedures and protocols.
· Evaluate progress and prepare detailed reports (Includes Daily reports).
· Ensure all Forms are being properly completed and in a timely manner.
· Issuing and Tracking of Change Orders.
· Ensure adherence to all health and safety standards and report issues.
· Immediately report any lost, stolen or damaged ATAC property.
· Assist with employee reviews. Conduct regular updates of the field technicians and provide written reviews of the findings.
· Train and mentor employees in areas of installation and field responsibilities.
· Operate vehicle in a safely manner and use field automation systems (i.e. Phones, Laptops, etc.)
· Keep all tools in working and functioning order.
· Keep personal stock of all regularly materials used to complete assigned tasks.
· Complete all other duties as assigned.
· Complete timesheets weekly at the end of the work week.
· Ensure all projects meet ATAC quality standards
· OSHA10 Certification
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $85,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year
