Position Overview
G&G Outfitters is a rapidly growing branded merchandise agency with in-house manufacturing capabilities, located in Lanham, MD, just off the DC Beltway and approximately 15 minutes west of Annapolis. Since 1990, G&G has partnered with leading brands to deliver innovative merchandise solutions, company stores, uniform programs, and custom-branded products. We are seeking dependable, motivated individuals with embroidery experience to join our Night Shift Production Team. Candidates with experience operating Tajima embroidery machines are strongly preferred, but we are willing to train the right individual who is eager to learn and grow.

Schedule
- Monday through Friday
- 4:00 PM – 12:00 AM
Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor embroidery machines
- Set up garments, hoops, and embroidery jobs
- Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy
- Follow production schedules and meet daily goals
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow company safety and operating procedures
Requirements
- Embroidery experience preferred
- Experience with Tajima embroidery machines is a plus
- Reliable and motivated with a strong work ethic
- Able to work in a diverse manufacturing environment
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced production setting
- Reliable transportation and strong attendance
- Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply
Education and Experience
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- One year or more of related experience preferred, but not required
- Equivalent combinations of education and experience will be considered
- Training provided for motivated candidates
