Custodian
WeatherTech Direct is seeking a well-qualified Custodian to ensure the interior and exterior areas of all assigned work locations are maintained in a safe and sanitary manner for office staff and visitors by performing various custodial tasks.

The base hourly rate of pay starts at $20 per hour
As a Custodian, you will
-
Clean and maintain all departments including but not limited to offices, conference rooms, cafeterias, restrooms, stairwells, parking lot and all other operational areas

Wash and disinfect all washroom floors, toilets, toilet seats, soap dispensers, paper towel dispenser, toilet tissue dispensers, countertops, sinks, fixtures, and mirrors; replenish all toilet tissue, paper towels, and soap

Wash and disinfect all tables, chairs, kiosk, and floors; dust furniture and fixtures; wash fingerprints from walls, doors, hardware, and glass; clean and polish all stainless steel and chrome; routinely empty wastebaskets and garbage containers

Maintain the cleanliness of the entrances and exits of the building by keeping them free of garbage, snow, and debris

Sweep and mop all floors

Maintain confidentiality and respect private and sensitive information when cleaning in offices and desk areas of the office staff

Represent the company in a professional manner when greeting and assisting office visitors/guests

Work a full-time schedule; work overtime as business demands including extended hours and/or weekends

Perform other duties as assigned
Qualified Candidates will

Have 3 years of prior custodial, building maintenance, or general labor experience

Possess a High School Diploma or equivalent
-
Have strong interpersonal skills to effectively work with staff, visitors, and other departments within the company

Be fluent in English

Be authorized to work in the United States
