What we are looking for: We are seeking experienced landscape-construction-minded leaders to direct our on-site operations from start to finish.
Why you matter: As a Landscape Foreman, you will bridge the gap between design and construction by managing projects, supervising crew members, and operating and maintaining machinery to deliver high-quality custom landscapes.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead & Develop Crews: Supervise, train, and motivate team members to promote a safe, productive, high-quality work environment.
- Manage Projects: Oversee projects from start to finish, ensuring work is completed on time, efficiently, and in accordance with Alpine Reflections' quality standards.
- Read & Execute Plans: Interpret landscape design plans to bring concepts to life, with a strong ability to read layouts, see grade, and manage site transitions.
- Coordinate Daily Operations: Proactively schedule and organize daily and weekly job activities, including equipment, materials, and crews.
- Communicate Effectively: Work closely with managers, designers, clients, subcontractors, and crew members to keep projects on schedule.
- Track Job Progress: Document daily site progress, submit time-and-materials records, and accurately process purchase order receipts using our software.
- Operate Equipment: Safely operate and maintain equipment, performing basic troubleshooting and preventative maintenance.
- Transport Materials: Drive company trucks and trailers to transport equipment and materials to and from job sites.
- Work Outdoors: Perform work in a variety of weather conditions while maintaining a productive positive team evironment.
- Year-Round Employment: Full-time work, including snow removal and other winter work.
Core Qualifications
- Leadership: Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team while promoting a safe, productive, and high-quality work environment.
- Experience: Landscape- or construction-minded experience with the ability to lead projects from start to finish, using sound judgment and common sense on the job site.
- Independence: Self-motivated, able to prioritize daily tasks, manage crew time, and keep projects moving efficiently without daily supervision.
- Problem Solving: Strong decision-making skills, with the ability to troubleshoot issues, adapt to changing job-site conditions, and keep projects on schedule and within budgets.
- Organization: Strong organizational skills, with the ability to coordinate crews, equipment, material deliveries, and daily job-site activities.
- Communication: Professional communication skills with coworkers, management, subcontractors, and clients.
- Driver's License: Valid driver's license with a clean driving record and experience towing trailers and equipment. Must pass an MVR check. Class A CDL preferred.
- Attitude: Dependable, professional, and committed to continuous learning, maintaining an organized workspace, and delivering exceptional craftsmanship.
Benefits
- Salaried Position: $65,000 – $80,000 annually, with full salary and benefits provided after a probationary period.
