Setting: Skilled Nursing Facility / Long-Term Care (SNF/LTC)
Looking for a place where your skills are valued, your voice is heard, and your work truly matters? Watsontown Nursing and Rehabilitation Center is excited to welcome a Full-Time Physical Therapist (PT) to our collaborative rehab team.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Evaluate and treat residents in a SNF/LTC setting with a focus on mobility, strength, balance, and functional independence
Develop and oversee individualized treatment plans that support resident-centered goals
Supervise and collaborate with PTAs and the interdisciplinary care team
Complete accurate, timely documentation using Net Health and PointClickCare (PCC)
Make a meaningful impact on residents’ daily lives—every single day
What We’re Looking For:
Licensed Physical Therapist in the state of Pennsylvania
SNF/LTC experience preferred, but motivated new grads are welcome
Comfortable managing a full-time caseload
Familiarity with Net Health and PCC is a plus
Strong clinical skills, communication, and a positive, team-oriented attitude
