Service First Staffing continues to grow; we have immediate sales opportunities in our Green Bay/Appleton location. Our sales executives develop long-term partnerships with local and statewide clients. Job entails selling our recruiting, payrolling and staffing services to companies with industrial, clerical, engineering and management needs.
Candidates should have business to business sales or previous staffing/sales experience. Will research, cold call, develop and establish partnerships with companies with hiring needs. We expect our sales executives to communicate honestly with our clients and staff.
Should be self motivated, organized and able to multi-task. Traditional computer skills needed. Bi-lingual ability helpful- not required. Must be able to understand the clients hiring needs and challenges and work with recruiting staff to fill the orders.
Base salary + commission. Unlimited earning potential. This is NOT a remote position. Combination of face time, screen time, and phone/social media. Wage range for 1st year is expected to be $40,000-$100,000/yr. Our top sales people earn $150,000-$200,000 yearly by developing key long term partnerships and adapting to change as the market dictates.
