Part-Time Sales Associate
Location: 3100 E Plaza Blvd, National City, CA 91950
Pay: Starting at $16.90 per hour
Job Type: Part-Time (10–24 hours per week)
Shifts: 4-8 hour shifts varying from 9am -5pm, 10am-5/6pm,
Must be at least 18 years old
We're looking for a reliable, customer-focused Sales Associate to join our 7-Eleven franchise team. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, providing excellent customer service, and working as part of a team, we'd love to hear from you.
We are currently seeking applicants with flexible availability who are able to work a variety of shifts, including weekends.
Responsibilities
- Provide friendly, efficient customer service.
- Operate the cash register and accurately process cash, credit/debit card, and mobile payments.
- Stock shelves, coolers, and merchandise displays.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe store environment.
- Prepare and sanitize food service areas according to company and health department standards.
- Verify IDs for age-restricted purchases, including tobacco, alcohol, and lottery products.
- Promote store specials and recommend products to customers.
- Work collaboratively with team members to keep daily operations running smoothly.
Qualifications
- Ability to stand for extended periods (up to 8 hours).
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to bend, squat, reach, twist, and safely use ladders or step stools.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Dependable, punctual, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to follow company policies and food safety procedures.
Schedule & Pay
- Part-time position: 10–24 hours per week.
- Starting pay: $16.90 per hour.
- Flexible availability, including weekends, is required.
