You’ll work with the Operations Manager to assemble products and to pick, pack, and ship orders. You need good hands, the ability to follow direction, and a real focus on quality.
Team members are on a progression plan. A Tier I operator can move to Tier V in as little as 21 months, at $25/hr with 10 days paid vacation.
What you’ll do
- Receive, inspect, and organize incoming parts and materials
- Keep inventory records and stock levels accurate
- Help identify and source parts for repairs or replacements
- Use power tools and equipment safely
- Follow schematics and technical manuals
- Move heavy or bulky parts with a forklift or other material handling equipment
- Pick from shelves, box orders, and print shipping labels
What you bring
- Mechanical knowledge of automotive or industrial parts
- Comfort with power tools
- Ability to read schematics and technical manuals
- Organization and attention to detail
- Problem-solving, on your own and on a team
- Mechanic or similar shop experience is a plus (not required)
Schedule and extras
