3 Asheboro Apartment Properties are looking for an Independant Maintenance Tech
Qualifications and Responsibilities:
- Independently, prepares make ready apartments, which may include removing discarded items, general repairs, and finish work.
- Responds to resident requests in a timely manner and with a professional attitude.
- 1-3 years hands-on in maintenance trades.
- A general knowledge of the maintenance trades such as HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry.
- Able to perform physical work, as well as to lift weights of up to 50 pounds regularly and above 75 pounds occasionally.
- Performs all duties as assigned, in a timely manner through the AppFolio. Maintenance Portal
- Maintains a professional appearance.
- Maintains all safety procedures and safeguards
- Ability to Follow Fair Housing, Local, State and Federal Laws
- Valid Driver's license
- Reliable vehicle
- Background check required

Pay: $19.00 - $23.00 per hour
Expected hours: 36 – 42 per week
