We are seeking motivated Assembly Associates to join our Windows and Blinds Cell Department. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy hands‑on work in a production environment and are looking for long‑term opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Assemble window and blind components according to work instructions
- Use hand tools and production equipment safely
- Inspect products to ensure accuracy and quality
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Work as part of a team to meet production goals
- Follow all safety and company guidelines
Requirements
- Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. (E‑Verify required)
- Ability to stand for long periods; lift up to10-25 lbs
- Assembly or manufacturing experience is a plus, not required
- Strong attention to detail and reliability
- Team‑oriented with good communication
- Spanish / bilingual candidates welcome
Schedule
- 1st Shift: 6:00 AM or 7:00 AM start time
- Full-time hours, with potential overtime
