Preferred Qualifications:
- Valid California Speech-Language Pathology License
- Current California CTC Credential
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
- Demonstrated experience in a school setting, ideally serving K-12 populations
- Strong communication, organizational, and collaborative skills
- Commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive environment for students
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders in students K-12
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success
- Maintain thorough documentation in accordance with school and regulatory requirements
- Conduct group and individual therapy sessions, adjusting interventions as needed
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expertise in speech-language development
