Motorcycle Service Technician
Location: Bellingham, WA
Pay: $23.00–$28.00 per hour DOE + Bonus Opportunities

If you enjoy diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining motorcycles and powersports vehicles while working with a great team, we'd love to hear from you.
What You'll Do
- Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs on motorcycles and powersports vehicles.
- Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and performance-related issues accurately and efficiently.
- Complete work orders according to manufacturer specifications and dealership standards.
- Install accessories and perform pre-delivery inspections.
- Use modern diagnostic equipment, hand tools, and specialized service tools safely and effectively.
- Document repairs and communicate findings clearly with service advisors and customers when needed.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Contribute to a positive team atmosphere focused on quality work and customer satisfaction.

What We're Looking For
- Minimum 1 year of mechanic or service technician experience required.
- Motorcycle or powersports dealership experience preferred.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and understanding of motorcycle and powersports systems.
- Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot issues independently.
- Experience using hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
- Positive attitude and ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks.
