- Customer Service:Providing prompt, efficient, and courteous service to customers.
- Sales:Driving sales through effective communication and helping customers find what they need.
- Cash Handling:Accurately processing payments (cash, credit, debit), balancing drawers, and ensuring accurate cash control.
- Store Maintenance:Maintaining a clean and organized store environment, including cleaning, stocking shelves, and ensuring proper merchandise presentation.
- Other Duties:Depending on the specific store and shift, Sales Associates may be required to perform other tasks such as receiving deliveries, assisting with food preparation (in some foodservice positions), or completing shift worksheets.
