Design Project Manager
The Senior Project Manager is responsible for the direction and performance of consulting, design or construction management services for assigned project(s) of a nature greater in scope, valuation and complexity and with larger teams than those generally managed by the Project Manager. Responsible for client relationship management, including creating a positive experience that will lead to future work. Projects often include several subcontracts and may include several aspects of an integrated ONEsolution delivery methodology.
Responsibilities

Client relationship management, including creating a positive experience that will lead to future work

Bachelor's degree Architecture, Engineering or Construction Management, or equivalent

Minimum of seven years of successful Project Management experience

Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills

Team-oriented individual capable of leading and managing large teams including subcontractors

Demonstrated success in acting as a Project Manager

Intermediate understanding of all core engineering disciplines, project execution, delivery in a design and construction.

Minimum 8 hours of leadership/supervisory training annually
