Location: Costa Mesa, CA
Schedule: 3 days/week (Saturday, Sunday, Tuesday/Wednesday)
Pay: $22.50/hour - $24.50/hour
Hours: 8 hour shifts
About the Role
This is a hands-on, on-the-move position for someone who notices the small things and takes ownership of quality. You’ll rotate between multiple properties during your shift and complete a detailed 96-point inspection checklist to confirm every home meets our standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Complete final quality inspections using a 96-point standards checklist (cleanliness, setup, supplies, and presentation).
- Identify issues such as missed cleaning items or property damage, document them clearly, and coordinate resolution with housekeeping/maintenance.
- Handle small finishing tasks as needed (surface wipe-downs, linen replenishment, patio/BBQ/entry touch-ups, quick tidying).
- Pick up guest supplies when needed (mileage reimbursed) and help set out welcome items.
- Stay in close communication with the Property Manager and team using smartphone apps and Google Workspace.
- Assist with additional needs during busy seasons—deep cleans, inventory checks, holiday setup, and other support tasks.
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license and dependable vehicle
- Auto insurance coverage of 100/300
- Able to lift up to 25 lbs and work in a lightly physical role
- Comfortable using a smartphone for apps, checklists, photos, and communication
- Strong attention to detail and follow-through
