About the Role
As a Precision Tooling Specialist, you will play a critical role in the lifecycle of high-precision manufacturing components. You will be responsible for the fabrication, maintenance, and optimization of complex tooling, dies, and fixtures that drive our production efficiency and quality standards.
Responsibilities-
Interpret complex blueprints and technical models to engineer efficient fabrication sequences for custom tooling and dies.

Ensure absolute precision by verifying dimensions and alignments using advanced metrology tools like micrometers, calipers, and dial indicators.

Execute the assembly, fitting, and adjustment of intricate components to restore or enhance the performance of production dies and gauges.

Conduct rigorous testing on completed tooling assemblies to validate output against strict engineering specifications.

Collaborate with production teams to troubleshoot tooling issues, minimizing downtime and maximizing equipment reliability.

Maintain a high standard of craftsmanship while utilizing manual machining equipment and precision hand tools for specialized modifications.
Qualifications-
Proven expertise in manual machining and precision metal fabrication.

Advanced proficiency in reading and interpreting complex engineering blueprints.

Extensive experience in the repair, setup, and maintenance of industrial dies, molds, and tooling.
