About the Role
As a Quality Assurance Lab Associate, you will play a critical role in ensuring the integrity and reliability of high-performance components for the automotive and aerospace sectors. By executing rigorous testing protocols and analyzing prototype performance, you will directly influence product development cycles and engineering success.
Responsibilities-
Execute functional, durability, and destructive testing protocols to validate component performance.

Configure and oversee specialized laboratory instrumentation to ensure accurate data collection.

Compile detailed technical documentation of test parameters and findings to support engineering decision-making.

Fabricate and adapt prototype assemblies, including ECU adjustments and custom tooling, to meet project specifications.

Perform systematic teardowns and inspections of mechanical and electrical systems for failure analysis.

Manage the lifecycle of prototype materials, including intake, organization, and logistics.

Verify incoming material quality through standardized inspection procedures.

Proven hands-on experience operating electro-mechanical testing equipment.

Demonstrated ability to interpret and apply technical test procedures.

Strong analytical mindset with a focus on problem-solving and technical communication.

Proficiency in documenting test data and maintaining lab records.

Prior experience within the automotive or aerospace manufacturing sectors.

Familiarity with IATF quality standards and regulatory compliance.
