ABOUT US
Alora Dental Spa is seeking an experienced, personable Lead Dental Assistant to join our team. We pride ourselves on providing a warm, spa-like patient experience paired with top-tier clinical care, and we're looking for someone who embodies both.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead and support chairside assisting for a variety of procedures
- Perform iTero digital scanning with precision and efficiency
- Assist with Invisalign cases, including placing attachments and taking accurate patient records/photos
- Fabricate temporary crowns
- Manage dental supply ordering and inventory
- Serve as primary point of contact with dental supply reps, negotiating and maintaining vendor relationships
- Mentor and support junior dental assistants
- Ensure sterilization protocols and compliance standards are consistently met
- Deliver an exceptional, comfortable patient experience from check-in to checkout
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 5 years of dental assisting experience
- Hands-on experience with iTero scanning technology
- Proven experience with Invisalign protocols (attachment placement, records/photos)
- Skilled in fabricating temporary crowns
- Experience managing supply orders and vendor/rep relationships
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and outstanding bedside manner
- Strong organizational skills and ability to lead a team
- X-ray certification preferred

Pay: $25.00 - $28.00 per hour
