Structural OpCo LLC is a leading manufacturer of high-quality prefabricated housing components, including roof trusses, floor trusses, wall panels, and other structural materials that support residential and commercial construction throughout the Mid-Atlantic region.
As a Lumber Yard Associate, you will be responsible for the pulling and preparing orders, assisting customers, and supporting daily operations within our lumberyard, Cramer’s. This role plays a key part in ensuring accurate order fulfillment, maintaining inventory organization, and promoting a safe and efficient yard environment. The ideal candidate has experience with lumber and building materials, is comfortable operating equipment such as forklifts, and can perform physically demanding tasks in an outdoor setting.
Key Responsibilities

Pull, stage, and prepare customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Verifying incoming and outgoing materials.
- Maintain all required order and inventory documentation.
- Assist customers and drivers with loading materials.
- Operate forklifts and other yard equipment.
- Perform daily equipment inspections and report any issues.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Follow all company safety procedures and guidelines.
Required Qualifications & Experience

Forklift experience required.
- Ability to lift and move up to 80 lbs. regularly.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.

Physical & Work Environment Requirements
This role requires regular physical labor and work in an outdoor lumberyard environment, including:
- Frequent lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling of materials up to 80 lbs.
- Standing and walking for extended periods throughout the workday.
- Bending, climbing, and reaching to move and organizing materials.
- Operating forklifts and other equipment in active yard spaces.
- Working in varied weather conditions.
- Exposure to dust, noise, and heavy equipment traffic.
- Consistent awareness of surroundings.
Schedule and Hours

Full-time.
- Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM-5:00 PM.
